Return & Exchange Policy

Athletican wants you to be satisfied with your purchase, but in the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with the products you have ordered, we sincerely apologize! We would be glad to process a replacement, exchange, or refund within 14 days upon delivery, provided that such items must not be removed from their original packaging.

Also, please take note of the following:

  • Items that have been opened and returned back to us are not repacked but disposed of in order to comply with our company's hygienic standards. Due to this, items with a broken seal are only subject to replacement or exchange.

  • Items in unopened (sealed) packaging may be fit for resale and can be returned to us for either an exchange or a refund.

  • Refunds will only be credited to the payment card or payment account used for the purchase before 40 days from the date the order was placed. 

  • Customers must ensure to practice necessary care when returning goods by post, with proper proof of posting, as the store cannot be liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

To complete your inquiry, email us the name of the item/s you want to return to customerservice@athletican.com. We will then email you our return instructions and prepaid shipping label, so you can ship the items.
